Updates to the Employment Rights Bill have been published, incorporating recent changes. We will digest this and be in touch regarding the updates.

It was a busy weekend celebrating Burns Night!

First up, our Head of Events, Zoe Maylam, hosted a table at NE Youth's Annual Burns Night Ball on Nikki's behalf. NE Youth is one of our wonderful clients, and it has become a tradition for Inspired HR to buy and host a table at this fantastic event.

Meanwhile, Nikki attended the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter's Burns Night, accompanied by her husband Lee as well as Ashleigh and Maureen Wright from Westray Recruitment. A special shoutout to Ashleigh, who is a trustee of the Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter!

Nikki couldn’t resist the auction and purchased a beautiful illustration, created by the incredibly talented Alfie Joey, who hosted the event. See the stunning artwork above!

The next episode of The HR Business Blueprint will be available on Tuesday 4th February. This episode features the wonderful Kat Moody from Richard Reeds Solicitors, who explores how HR professionals and employment lawyers can collaborate, and discusses why building strong relationships with employment lawyers is essential for those working in people-focused roles.

If you’re a manager, business owner, or aspiring leader, tune in and leave a review!
